Elizabeth D. Lewen
Elizabeth D. Lewen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 1993. Elizabeth graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor from the University Of Illinois College Of Law in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois in 1996. Elizabeth then joined a firm in Decatur, Illinois as a general practice attorney. Her training in the Intellectual property area began in 2002 when she joined Sherrill Law Offices. She was admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office that same year.
Elizabeth is experienced in securing patent protection, evaluating trademark availability, and securing trademark protection, securing federal copyright protection, maintaining and enforcing patent, trademark, and copyright rights, and advising national and international clients for Sherrill Law Offices in all matters of trademark and patent protection.
