Chase Buzzell attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Chase then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA graduating with a Cum Laude distinction, Pro Bono Honors and a certificate from the Center of Intellectual Property and Law. While at Thomas Jefferson School of Law Chase was an Intellectual Property Fellow, Editor of the The Jeffersonian, and a volunteer Mediator for San Diego Restorative Justice Mediation Program. Also, Chase gained invaluable experience clerking for the Honorable Roy L. Paul in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, San Pedro.
In October of 2011 Chase was admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota and is eagerly developing his practice of law. Chase is committed to providing superb representation to his clients; focusing on intellectual property, including but not limited to, federal and international copyright availability and protection, trademark availability and protection, arts and entertainment issues such as contract drafting, negotiations, licensing agreements, publishing agreements, royalties, and publicity and privacy rights. Moreover, Chase provides business consultation, formation and litigation services.
