Kathryn K. Smith
Kathryn K. Smith received a B.S. degree from Wayne State College in 1978, a M.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1982, and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1995.

Following graduation from law school, Kathryn practiced law with the Minneapolis law firm of Arndt & Benton, P.A. for approximately six years. She joined Sherrill Law Offices in March 2002.

She is currently President of the Network for Women in Business, and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before State and Federal Courts in Minnesota. She has also represented clients with disputes in Wisconsin, North Dakota, California, Ohio, and Massachusetts.
